Pai Gow Poker Lingo: House Way

In Pai Gow Pokwer, both the player and the dealer need to set their seven cards in two sets. Two cards are set as their “top.” And five cards are set as their “bottom.” The bottom must be the stronger hand, and the top must be the secondary hand. The “House way” refers to the way the dealer is required to set her cards. The player on the other hand has a little more freedom when setting their cards. As opposed to the dealer, who is restricted to set the cards the “House way.” If the player is ever confused about how to set their cards, they can ask the dealer what to do. The dealer will show the player how to set their cards the “House way.”
