Culinary Heavyweights Abound: Caesars Palace

Guest Post from Susan Brady

Las Vegas is fast becoming the culinary capital of the United States, drawing in top chefs from both the east and the west coasts. I have found it easier to score a reservation at a top-notch restaurant in Vegas than in San Francisco. If you know when you are going, reservations can be made easily online via the hotel’s website, or by calling directly. A sample of the best to be found amongst the bright lights:

Caesers Palace
At the other end of the strip, Caeser’s Palace and Bellagio vie for best hotel dining. Chef Jean-Marie Josselin from Hawaii tempts palates with his Asian-themed fusion cusines at 808. Bradley Ogden, the famous San Francisco Bay Area chef, opened his self-named restaurant in 2004, and was named the Best New Restaurant by the James Beard Foundation. His take on American cuisine, and comfort food, keeps people coming back for more. But not to be outdone, Bobby Flay (of Food TV fame) chose to open his first restaurant outside of NYC in this city of neon. The Mesa Grill adds another dimension to dining at Caesars.
